Dalselkor, a unit of Heilongjiang Province Liangtai Agricultural Science and Technology Development, is implementing a project for rice and soy cultivation, processing, packaging and storage at the priority development area (PDA) Mikhailovsky in Primorye. The complex's capacity is 50 tons a year, as reported by the Far East Investment and Export Agency. According to the Agency, RUB 200 million has already been invested in the project, with RUB 3.27 billion more to be invested by 2023.
