Enel Russia has commenced work on the construction of the 201 MW Kolskaya WPS in the Murmansk Region, it is the largest wind farm under construction in the Arctic Circle, the company reports.
Enel Russia and the government of the Murmansk region have signed a cooperation agreement, which provides for the construction of a wind park with a capacity of 201 MW.
