A consortium of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Arab Mubadala and other Middle Eastern funds has completed the largest investment transaction of the year in the warehouse segment. The partners purchased the Sever-1 complex from the Orientir development company for the Professional Logistics Technologies (PLT) platform. This was reported to Kommersant by the parties to the transaction. In July, Vedomosti named the purchase of 108 thousand sq m in the PNK Park Veshki complex by Sberbank the largest transaction. Sever-1 is located in the Moscow Region, occupies 114 thousand sq. m. Ozon is the only tenant. According to Kirill Dmitriev, RDIF CEO, since the beginning of the year, PLT has increased its logistics space by 30%.
The Turkish TT Group plans to build a textile factory for the fabric production, factory textile printing and tailoring in Solnechnogorsk by the spring of 2021.
