French Lidea will invest RUB 2.6 billion in a seed plant in the Pavlovsk ASEZ to annually produce 20 thousand tons of sunflower, corn, sorghum, and rape seeds, which will significantly reduce the Russian farmers’ reliance on imports. The foundation stone laying ceremony for the Tanais plant took place on Wednesday September 9 and was attended by Voronezh Governor Alexander Gusev.
The volume of investments in the construction of agricultural machinery production plant of Kuhn Group, located near Voronezh, will amount to 3 billion Rubles. Today, the amount of funds actually invested is 380 million Rubles. This was reported by the press office of the government of Voronezh region, following the meeting of Alexander Gusev with CEO of KUN Vostok LLC, Andrei Manzyuk. The project is planned to be carried out on 19 hectares of Aidarovsky rural settlement of Ramonsky district.
The Czech company Sigma Group and the Research Institute of Vane Machines plan to build a pump production plant in Semiluksky district of the Voronezh region, which will create about 1 thousand jobs. This was announced on Wednesday by the press service of the regional government following a meeting of Governor Alexander Gusev with the heads of the companies that presented the project.
An agricultural machinery production plant construction began near Voronezh. The French company KUHN Group will invest RUB 3 billion in the enterprise, OTR reports.
The company plans to invest more than 2.3 billion Russian rubles in construction of a seeds factory. The new facility with a production capacity of up to 10 thousand tons of seeds per year will be located at 'Pavlovsk' Territory of Advanced Social and Economic Development. The project requires 100 hectares of land, of which from 15 to 20 ha is for the factory and warehouses, and from 80 ha is for the research and selection center. The company will need up to seven thousand hectares of farming land to grow crop seeds.
The new cheese production plant construction began in the Bobrovsky district of the Voronezh region, and the investor plans to invest RUB 2 billion to create the production facility. The production facility is scheduled to launch in 2020, Andrey Kazyulin, head of the Bobrovsky District Economics Department, told TASS on Thursday.
