Stellantis to produce manual transmissions in Russia

Stellantis Group announced on November 24 that it prepares to launch a production of manual transmissions at its site in Russia. Currently, active work is underway to enhance localization of the unit to launch the production in late 2022, according to Stellantis statement. The Company also plans to export the product from Russia, the Company representative told Vedomosti without giving the details. He did not either mention the expected output.
