Check Point Software Technologies, an international manufacturer of software and hardware for protection against cyberattacks, launched production in our country and has already released several security systems labelled “Made in Russia”.

According to Vasily Dyagilev, the Head of the Check Point’s representative office in Russia, the Company worked on localizing their production in Russia for about two years. As a result, the vendor launched production at the plant in Saint Petersburg. Recently, the plant manufactured the first batch of products for cyber protection. According to him, the Vendor’s partners have already purchased the entire batch. Vasily Dyagilev explained that the plant is not owned by Check Point: it is certified by Check Point under their quality standards. The plant is the property of a Russian company, the name of which Vasily Dyagilev did not disclose.

By the end of 2017, the plant will manufacture several makes of Check Point equipment (Check Point 2200, as well as 13500, 4800 and 12600).
