Indian gem producer KGK (Far East) will launch a diamond factory in the Free Port of Vladivostok, as reported by the Press Office of the Ministry for Development of Russian Far East.

“The leading world producer of precious stones will create a diamond factory in the Free Port of Vladivostok. In Mumbai, Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister - Russian Presidential Envoy in the Far Eastern Federal District, handed the certificate of residence in the Free Port of Vladivostok to India’s KGC (Far East) - to Navrattan Kothari, President of KGK Group. It is reported that the closed technological cycle plant will process monthly up to 9 thousand carats of rough diamonds purchased from Alrosa.
