VanDrie Group

A world leading veal producing and processing company, the Netherlands-based VanDrie Group plans to set up meat boning, cutting and packing facilities and a marketing logistics network in Russia, a news release of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture indicates.

Deputy Agriculture Minister of Russia Sergei Levin met with the Dutch company’s chief today. The deputy minister positively evaluated the company’s plans to set up its own facilities in Russia and expressed his hopes for further mutually beneficial cooperation in agriculture between Russia and the Netherlands.

VanDrie Group is a leading global veal producer and processing company and a major Dutch agricultural company exporting to over 60 countries. With its 30% share of the European market, VanDrie Group generated EUR 2bn in sale proceeds in 2014.
