A German industrial and medical work wear production line is to be launched in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

According to Marcus von Sayn-Wittgenstein, a board member of Weil Corporate Wear, the company and the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region signed an agreement to this effect on the sidelines of the Nizhny Novgorod International Business Summit.

“Our talks with local suppliers at the business summit proved very successful. We are very much interested in the Nizhny Novgorod market and hoping for close interaction with the local authorities so open to investors and offering a very attractive business environment,” the source explained.

Furthermore, Marcus von Sayn-Wittgenstein stressed that, in view of the current rise in demand for the company’s work wear, “there are plans to expand the company’s representative network is Russia.”

As regards the Nizhny Novgorod region, the company plans to pursue several lines of work, focusing, among other markets, on fuel and energy and construction industries. “Our aim really is to create a full-scale production in the Nizhny Novgorod region,” Marcus von Sayn-Wittgenstein concluded.
