The German companyJosef Gartner (Gartner), which has been contracted to do the glazing on the 462-meter-high Lahta Center tower, will open a plant in St. Petersburg. To this end, the company has leased 18,000 square meters at the Orion Logistics park on Gorkovskoye Highway, Orion CEO Yuri Andreev told the BestBreakfast investment climate business breakfast. The deal was closed in August.

Yuri Andreev said thatthe German company took out a long-term lease on the site. “Theyhave leased industrial space and are refurbishing it now. They are building a full-fledged factory there”, Yuri Andreev noted. He added that the company is planning to start shipping finished products this year.
