The shipbuilding complex ZVEZDA and Samsung Heavy Industries Co. Ltd. (Republic of Korea) signed the Term Sheet for the creation of a joint venture for the management of construction projects of Arctic shuttle tankers, as Rosneft reported in its press-release.

On September 7, the Vietnamese TH Group, the Primorsky Territory Administration and the Far East Development Corporation will sign an agreement on investments in dairy complexes of the Primorye, as Ngo Thanh Hoang, the Director General of TH Rus Milk Food (managing the Vietnamese company’s project in Russia), told Vedomosti. His statement was confirmed by a representative of the Territory’s administration.
