Regus, an international company offering office leasing services, intends to expand its presence in Moscow, said Irina Bayeva, the executive director of the Russian representative office to RIA Novosti.
According to the compnies’ joint report, Czech PPF Real Estate and American Hines purchased the third office tower (33 573 sq. M.) of the Metropolis complex near the Voykovskaya metro station. Terms of the deal are not disclosed there. Previously, consultants estimated this building at 100-110 million euros.
The Dutch Zeelandia will invest 500 billion rubles in construction of a plant near Zelenograd. The production facilities with a surface area of 30 thous. sq. meters will be located in the Chashnikovo Industrial Park on the Leningradskoye Highway, as stated by Interfax – Real Estate with reference to the press service of the PSN Group, the project developer. The plant’s commissioning is scheduled for the end of 2019.
Alcon, an American manufacturer of ophthalmological devices, and NanOptika signed an agreement of intent to localize production of intraocular lenses used in cataract treatment. The investments in modernization of facilities of NanOptik will amount to RUB 250 mln. This project is a part of Alcon’s long-term investment program in Russia, for which the company is ready to allocate RUB 2 bln.
Vesper, a luxury real estate developer, signed an agreement with the AccorHotels Group on the management of the 5-star hotel under construction at the 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street near the Mayakovskaya subway station, as Boris Azarenko, the Vesper’s co-owner, told Vedomosti. The information was confirmed by Alexis Delaroff, the AccorHotels’ Regional Director.
The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and the Italian Enel signed an agreement on building charging stations for electric vehicles, and agreed upon rental of such cars, as reported by Kirill Dmitriev, the RDIF’s General Director.
