The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), RBPI Group, a subsidiary of Thai Charoen Pokphand Group and (C.P. Group), and the government of the Kaliningrad region have agreed on the establishment of a veterinary and sanitary disposal plant near the Russian city of Kaliningrad.

The plan of preparations for production launch was signed today in Kaliningrad; the ceremony included the presentation of a Besturn X80 car manufactured by Avtotor as part of a pilot lot.
The Kaliningrad-based enterprise Avtotor and the South Korean Hyundai Motor Company started preparing the manufacture of commercial vehicles in full cycle, with a total investment of about $ 50 million.
