RUSNANO and Vestas, a Danish company supplying equipment for wind power plants, are considering the possibility of adapting wind power plants to work in the Arctic, said Anatoly Chubais, the head of RUSNANO, at the 11th St. Petersburg International Innovation Forum on Wednesday.
