The Vietnamese TH true milk plans to build a dairy farming complex and a milk processing plant in the Tyumen Region. The Company’s experts paid an official visit to the region on October 24-26. They visited the potential sites in the Sorokino and Sladkovo districts. Following the visit, they met with Deputy Governor Vadim Shumkov and agreed upon the further study of implementing this investment project.
The Vietnamese investors intend to establish three cattle-breeding complexes in the Amur Region. Prospects for cooperation were discussed at the meeting of the Governor Aleksandr Kozlov with Huynh Minh Tinh, the Consul General of Vietnam in Vladivostok, as reported on Tuesday by the Governor’s press service.
The day before, in Moscow, the Government of Bashkortostan signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnamese TH Group.
The foreign investors plan to build in the republic a modern complex for the production of milk on the basis of one of the republican farms in the Budzyak District. This project also provides for rental of agricultural land to breed a domestic cattle stock.
The investment by the Vietnamese TH True Milk in a milk processing plant, which will be the second phase of a large milk cluster in the Volokolamsk District of the Moscow Region, will amount to 1 billion rubles. It was reported on Wednesday by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region following the signing of a letter of intent between the Company and the Government of the Region.
On September 7, the Vietnamese TH Group, the Primorsky Territory Administration and the Far East Development Corporation will sign an agreement on investments in dairy complexes of the Primorye, as Ngo Thanh Hoang, the Director General of TH Rus Milk Food (managing the Vietnamese company’s project in Russia), told Vedomosti. His statement was confirmed by a representative of the Territory’s administration.
The Vietnamese concern can invest about $ 2 billion in construction of a Bashkir-based dairy farm, greenhouses, a milk processing plant, as well as in the cultivation of medicinal herbs and fodder crops, as reported by the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkortostan.

The ceremony of foundation stone laying in the construction of a stock breeding complex of TH Group (Vietnam) took place in Yefimtsevo of the Ulyanovsky District on October 18.
The official ceremony was attended by the Governor of the region Anatoly Artamonov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the Russian Federation Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Sơn, President of TH Group Ms Thai Hyong.
The agreement on cooperation was signed by the parties this year in May. The agreement provides for the implementation in the Kaluga Region of an investment project on construction of a dairy cattle production complex and industrial milk processing using high technologies. Its’ coming into operation is planned for 2019. Within the framework of the project, 9 farms for 45 thousand of milking herd will be built, with own feed supplies. With young stock, the total livestock population will be about 100 thousand. The milk processing plant will be located in the territory of the Rosva industrial park.
According to Andrey Vorobyov, Governor of the Moscow Region, the Moscow Region authorities have allocated about 11 thousand ha of land for the first stage of Vietnamese dairy complex TH True Milk, the construction of which was launched on Wednesday in the Volokolamsk District.
By mid-2017 it is planned to start manufacture of the first products of TH True Milk at the Russian production site.
During the working visit of the Kaluga Region delegation, an agreement on cooperation in the field of Agriculture in the region was signed between the government and the TH-True Milk Vietnamese Concern. Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Vietnam in the Russian Federation Nguyen Thanh Shon held a working meeting today to discuss the joint implementation of a project involving the Vietnamese concern TH-True Milk for the construction of a dairy complex for 200,000 cows outside Moscow.
The company was given three options for the site of the facility: in the Kashirsky, Voskresensky and Orekhovo-Zuyevsky, Lotoshinsky and Volokolamsky Districts.
Nguyen Thanh Shon, who was quoted by the press service, said investment in the Moscow Region will become “vivid symbols of our cooperation”. Vorobyov confirmed the regional government’s interest in the successful implementation of this investment project.
